Questions about Threads for Claude, problems connecting your account, data requests or security reports: email us and include your Threads username and, for errors, the tool name and roughly when it happened. Never send passwords or access tokens.

Help yourself first

• Connection problems: open your connection page to see, switch or disconnect the connected Threads account, then reconnect from your assistant.
• Delete your data: revoke access in Threads → Settings → Account → Website permissions, or use Meta's data deletion request. We then delete your account and token automatically. See the Privacy Policy.
